Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College was established in 1969. Presently it is under the University of Delhi. Since it was founded it has been imparting higher studies to women in every sphere.

Admission Procedure

Admission notification is given in a leading national newspaper. All the important dates are announced there. Candidates are supposes to collect the pre admission form from the center and deposit the same in the college office. No photocopies of the forms are accepted and incomplete or incorrect forms are liable to be rejected for admission. Attested copies of the documents of the last exam with date of birth certificate are required to be deposited at the office too. Names of the selected candidates are announced at the college bulletin board.

Eligibility

Minimum requirement for admission into the under graduate level is fixed by few norms of the University itself. The candidates have to be 17 years at least and got to have the minimum cutoff percentage for applying.

Reservation of seats for ST/ST/OBC are also as per with University Rules.
