Miranda House

Miranda house is a widely acclaimed institute for women in Delhi. It is affiliated to the University of Delhi. A residential college, it was established in 1948 to teach various courses to students coming from different educational backgrounds of arts commerce and science.

Admission Procedure

• Admission forms are collected from the centers under Delhi University.

• Filled application form is submitted at the office of the College.

• Selection lists and waiting list are drawn based on the merit of the candidates who applied for the courses.

• Separate application are required for separate

• Cut off marks or minimum aggregate marks is declared by the college every year

Eligibility

• Selection is based on marks secured in CBSE or the Senior Secondary High School Examination or an equivalent Board.

• Since the number of seats is limited, acquiring the cut off marks is not enough for admission.

• Reservation of seats is there for SC/ST/OBC as well as sports category people.

• Individual Departments determine the subjects on the basis of which admission is decided.
