Eligibility for degree courses is decided on the basis of student merit (60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology). Student performance assessment is done on college examinations, with University results deciding the final degree qualification.

Eligibility

For its B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science degree course, student performance assessment will be done on Semester examinations. Applicants for the course must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• 60% marks in Maths.

• 55% marks of 4 subjects: Maths, one language and any 2 academic subjects.

• Aggregate marks will be counted on best of 3 subjects: Mathematics and one language (compulsory).

• At the time of admission, students with Physics, Maths and Chemistry as 12th standard subjects will be given 5% more weightage.

Each under-graduate Honours Degree course is designed keeping in mind how best to help students realise their potential, explore and widen their horizons. These courses are also highly goal oriented helping students to utilise their knowledge and focus on careers in their respective fields.
