Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy

Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy is affiliated to Delhi University. Its course includes various curriculum and clinical study on physiotherapy. The first batch was in the year 1999.

Courses offered:

The 4 ½ years course includes thorough study of Physiotherapy under graduate level and a six months internship program that prepares you completely for the job.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates who want an admission are required to submit the form at the office. It is available on payment of Rs 600 by General candidates and Rs 500 by SC and ST candidates. Demand Drafts are also accepted. Separate rules applications are there for NRI candidates but local candidates are admitted based on entrance exam.

Reservation:

All total there are 24 seats available for admission. It is distributed as:

General (15),

SC (3),

ST (1),

Physically handicapped (1)

NRI sponsored candidates (4)

Eligibility

Age of candidates should not less than 17 years.

Age limit for NRI candidates is 23 years where as reserved candidates have minimum age limit as 25 years.

Candidates should acquire minimum50% marks in chemistry, physics, biology and English.

SC and ST candidates need only 45% marks.
